people out of their houses and back into public areas after more than three and a half years of violence in the city.

The television star, who was at the heart of a sex harassment probe by NFL of the New York Jets, took part on a variety of the activities, from riding motorcycles to dancing to  making speeches to planting trees.

At a gathering of Juárez seniors, she praised the group for having the courage to be involved in such group activities as those offered this summer at the Chamizal.

Sainz invited city officials at the event to join in getting some exercise by dancing to the music provided at the event. She led the dancing for three songs and danced with one of the senior men.

Juárez Mayor Hector “Teto” Murguia spoke to the crowd, telling people that Juárez belongs to them, their children and their grandchildren, who will make the city a better place to live.

H said Juarenses have three things worth fighting for: their honor, their families and their homeland.
